Our services are often provided under a Master Service Agreement (MSA), which is a comprehensive contract that outlines the terms and conditions between our company and our clients. This agreement covers various aspects such as scope of work, timelines, payment terms, and other essential details. The MSA ensures that both parties have a clear understanding of their responsibilities and expectations.

In addition to our service work governed by the MSA, we also organize community events such as workshops, seminars, and other gatherings. Each of these events has specific terms that are referenced directly on this page.

Refund Policy

Services Under MSA: Refunds for services provided under a client-specific Master Service Agreement (MSA) are governed by the terms outlined in the respective MSA. Please refer to your specific agreement for detailed information on refund eligibility and procedures.

Community Events:

  • Event Tickets: Refunds for event tickets are available up to 7 days before the event date. After this period, refunds will not be issued. If an event is canceled by us, a full refund will be issued.
  • Workshops and Seminars: Refunds for workshops and seminars are available up to 14 days before the event date. If a workshop or seminar is canceled by us, a full refund will be issued.

Delivery Policy

Services Under MSA: The delivery of services provided under an MSA will be conducted as per the timelines and methods stipulated in the respective agreement. Please refer to your MSA for specific delivery terms.

Community Events:

  • Event Tickets: Event tickets are delivered electronically via email immediately upon purchase. Please ensure your email address is correct when purchasing and check your junk mail folder.
  • Workshops and Seminars: Materials for workshops and seminars will be provided on-site and/or electronically during the workshop.

Return Policy

Services Under MSA: Returns for services under an MSA are subject to the terms outlined in the agreement. Typically, services rendered cannot be returned, but adjustments and corrections are handled as per the MSA.

Community Events:

  • Event Tickets: Event tickets are non-returnable. Refunds are handled as per our Refund Policy.
  • Workshops and Seminars: Any physical materials provided during workshops or seminars can be returned within 14 days if they are defective or not as described.

Cancellation Policy

Services Under MSA: Cancellations of services provided under an MSA must follow the procedures outlined in the respective agreement. Please refer to your MSA for detailed cancellation terms.

Community Events:

  • Event Tickets: Cancellations are allowed up to 7 days before the event date. After this period, cancellations will not be accepted. If an event is canceled by us, a full refund will be issued.
  • Workshops and Seminars: Cancellations are allowed up to 14 days before the event date. If you need to cancel your participation, please contact us via email. If a workshop or seminar is canceled by us, a full refund will be issued.
